It was a night. He was alone.
He saw a round wall. He walked towards the wall.
He was near the wall, hearing all kinds of sound full of joy.
He knocked at the door, and a door keeper came to open the door. He saw a house made of marble, several massive columns standing in front of the house.
He walked into the house. He came in the hall decorated by Spanish jades. He saw a young man lying on a violet bed wearing the golden rim, whose lips were dyed red by wine.
He asked the young man, “Why are you living a life like this?”
The young man recognized him, “I used to be addicted to marijuana, but you saved me. Why not I should do this?”
He walked out of the room back to the street.
Several minutes later, he saw a woman, a lot of cosmetics on her face, dressed in colourful clothes and wearing jewellery around her feet. A man was behind her, like a hunter. The woman looked so attractive. The man’s eyes were filled with lust.
He covered their tracks. He asked the man, “Why are you looking at the woman in this way?”
The man said, “I used to be blind, but you saved me. What can I watch if I do not look at her?”
He ran to the woman, “Can’t you go on another road if you do not walk on the road of vice?”
The woman looked at him, smiling, “You have forgiven me anyway. And this road is full of joy.”
He walked out of the town.
He saw a young man crying on a pew by the road.
He touched the young man’s hair softly, “What is bothering you? Tell me. I’ll try to help you out.”
The young man recognized him, “I used to be dead, but you brought me back to life. What else can I do if I do not cry?”
Wow, this blog is a bit difficult for me to understand…I’m afraid. (>_<) I am not quite sure whether this blog is about your thoughts of Christianity. However, some of the words you used in this blog remind me of a Christian hymn, Amazing Grace. I read the lyrics of this song several months ago, and even though I am not a Christian, I still find them meaningful and beautiful. Perhaps you would like to listen to this song?
ReplyDeleteTT.......The story itself is OK...But it is really hard for me to understand the core information you want to convey. Maybe you can explain to me this weekend.
ReplyDeleteYou have given the title "Jesus". Some may be mistaken that you are going to write an religious essay.
ReplyDeleteHowever, you have created situations from your own literary imagination. I understand the underlying meaning of what you are trying to portray, a little abstract but you want the reader to see beyond.
I think this essay has a deep meaning. I guess you want to say that sometimes we should not be so kind and change the thing to be what we think is right. However, to others, it may be a disaster. So we should stand at others point of view to do things for other people and make better choice.
